Your Guide to New York Fashion Week
New York Fashion Week will take place from September 6–14, 2019. While most shows are industry-only, it’s possible to attend events open to the public. Get the full scoop here at The New Yorker Hotel blog.
The major fashion event of the year actually takes place biannually, in February and September. As we said earlier, most grand runway shows and parties are open only to the industry and press, however, each year more events are open to the public. Have you always wanted to dress to the nines or parade in your most unique outfit? This is your chance!
Where to Buy Tickets
One way to snag sought-after tickets is by purchasing a one-year membership to Fashion Week Online, which costs only $10! If you aren’t interested in a membership, then check out Eventbrite for a full lineup of public ticketed events. Prices start for as little as $15.
New York Fashion Week events are becoming more varied each year. They also take place throughout the city and cater to different tastes. Keep in mind that events will continue to be added to the FWO and Eventbrite listings until September, so bookmark the websites. Some anticipated events include: Playboy Club x Fashion Week Online NYFW Wrap Party, Ontavia Roulette Fashion Show, New York Fashion Week powered by Fashion Nation and FIFI Fashion Show.
